EMI’s primary mission is to increase the volume of eligible drivers at participating trucking companies nationwide. The company’s secondary mission is to help improve a truck drivers overall personal financial health and prosperity.

The company’s mission, along with its associated services creates a unique, long-term interest in each driver, or consumer. The company’s long-term focus is on creating and keeping a happy customer. The company provides job & skill training (through participating schools), personal financial education, consumer credit counseling, and other consumer financial products and services that are designed to help a truck driver improve his or her overall personal financial health and prosperity. As a result, drivers tend to stay with their first employer longer, also tend to succeed on a personal basis more often.

In addition, participating schools, which provide quality and necessary job skill training, benefit from a larger enrollment of students, as well as, highly desirable increased profits.

Through the EMI FREEWAY Program EMI meets the needs of carriers, schools, and drivers. By utilizing the tools of finance, recruiting, and education EMI is able to help carriers and schools find more qualified people to work for carriers, enroll students in driver training programs, help drivers advance in their careers, and promote big yields for all participants.
