Schools
Schools benefit from the EMI program by gaining access to an increased number of students to whom they would generally not have access. One of the big benefits of this program to schools is that employers often handle most of the recruiting expenses to find these pre-qualified and prospective employees. In most cases employers recruit prospective students who have the aptitude to acquire the job skills, yet still need specific job skill training. Participating schools then provide the valuable and timely training necessary for the student to meet the remaining job description qualifications.
Participating schools may choose to recruit their own students based on the needs of participating employers as well. Both schools and employers work closely together to insure that only the most qualified individuals receive training, yet the good news is that this program provides for a much larger body of prospects than either the schools or employers typically see.
The biggest feature of this program for schools is that personal credit history, by itself, is not a limiting factor for the potential student or employee to participate. By removing this limiting factor, the EMI program unleashes thousands of qualified students to schools and ultimately to employers.
Schools use this program in addition to other recruiting and funding programs to greatly enhance their profitability per training cycle. Empty seats and empty classes can finally become a lesser concern to any participation school.
